How we hire.

After application, you will be invited for a first-stage phone interview. This initial interview aims to see if you're a good fit for our culture. If successful, you will be invited to complete a task related to your role. For example, you may be asked to complete a website design challenge or given a brief, so we can identify how you would solve a problem. After this, we invite you to our head office to meet the team and have a final interview.
