As we enter our next phase of rapid growth, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to be the engine of our sales pipeline.

The Role 

As an SDR at Venn, you are the first point of contact for future partners. You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying high-potential recruitment agencies and employer brands, setting the stage for our Account Executives to close deals. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Prospecting: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research key decision-makers within the recruitment and HR tech space. 

  • Outbound Outreach: Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (cold calling, email, and social) to generate interest in the Venn platform. 

  • Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points—such as poor candidate conversion or manual data entry—and map them to Venn’s solutions. 

  • Meeting Generation: Consistently achieve monthly targets for booking high-quality demonstrations for the senior sales team. 

  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all activities and lead intelligence in our CRM to ensure a seamless handover to Account Executives.

  • Curious Learner: You are eager to become an expert in recruitment marketing trends and the evolving digital landscape. 

  • Experience: Ideally 6–12 months in a sales or customer-facing role, though we prioritize attitude and potential for the right candidate.
