The Role   

To profitably execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for our clients that deliver a positive ROI for their business and ours. 

You will work with Channel Manager(s) to set specific digital objectives, monitor, report on the progress and adapt the strategy where necessary.

Supporting the Sales Team during the pitching process by analysing marketing metrics and current performance using data to produce strategy recommendations. Identify opportunities for growth with accounts and handover to the sales team.  

Support Project teams where necessary to ensure a marketing-centric approach to the web build for clients that have a marketing retainer.

Excel at out-of-the-box thinking and creative yet methodical in your approach at reaching specific market targets by using different digital mediums. 


Your Responsibilities 

  • Clearly understand client business objectives and create a strategy in line with the budget, to report on and meet the given objectives. 
  • Schedule work ensuring all deliverables are planned accurately to execute strategies and meet deadlines. Holding channel managers to account for work delivered and ensuring brand consistency across all aspects of the strategy & campaign. 
  • Efficiently manage client budgets across multiple channels and report to Senior Managers to help inform internal business decisions. 
  • Report monthly and host QBRs, consulting with clients to offer insight and present further opportunities to improve the strategy and results. Monitor changes in the market, industry trends and the activities of main competitors, making recommendations to adjust the strategy where necessary. 
  • Understand client revenue streams and profitability in order to report on ROI from marketing spend / activity. 
  • Ensure service-level agreements are met and hold the team and clients to account, setting and managing expectations. 
  • Manage client relationships to maintain a positive working relationship, raising any red flags to senior management. 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to support & develop the marketing strategy for internal marketing.
  • As a senior member of the team, you will provide support and expertise to more junior employees. You will work with the Performance Director on defining a delivery plan and then responsible for delivering through your team.  


The Requirements 

  • Relevant marketing qualification and 5+ years experience within a marketing role 
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts 
  • Strong commercial understanding of marketing impact 
  • Proven experience generating results from successful B2B strategies 
  • Must have a wide knowledge of digital and other content delivery platforms, and how they can be levered to meet objectives 
  • Proficient use of Google Analytics, CRM systems, Google Data Studio, and skills to evaluate data and make strategic decisions 
  • Managerial experience preferred 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills 
  • Skilled at generating ideas, deadline-driven, and detail-obsessed.
